"Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. "The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"Studio apartment with modern amenities. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very warm and inviting and helpful. Only spending one night but worth it. "

"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"It's a nice and safe place for your family. The balcony and patio gives you a wonderful scenic view, however, there was an influx of sargassum seaweed that gave a very pungent odor. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool was amazing."

"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"This hotel is a hidden oasis. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in celebration of his birthday. We were pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful birthday decorations in our room upon arrival, thanks to the wonderful staff. The rooms were impeccably clean, the grounds beautifully maintained, and the food was both spectacular and great value for money."

"This property is located on the water and has beautiful views, along with a golf course. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The Wi-Fi is great. The property is a little dated and could use some serious updates but the rooms are very clean and well-kept. What would really make this property outstanding is if they would invest in removing the seaweed from the beach so guests can enjoy it and clean the windows in the main lobby especially so the ocean view is clearly visible. Other than that, I’ll definitely be visiting again. "
